Madaar Technologies is honored to highlight its partnership with the Ombudsperson Secretariat of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (ombudsperson.gkp.pk). Established in 2019, the Secretariat stands at the intersection of justice, dignity, and equality—dedicated to protecting women’s workplace and property rights, eliminating harassment, and ensuring accessible redressal mechanisms across the province under the leadership of Ombudsperson Rubab Mehdi.

Since 2023, Madaar Technologies has provided the foundational digital services required to power the Secretariat's official public gateway and support safe, transparent communication for citizens:

• Provincial Domain Infrastructure: Managing and securing ombudsperson.gkp.pk under government standards to ensure authenticity, trust, and official recognition.

• High-Availability Web Hosting: Delivering resilient, high-uptime web hosting engineered to provide reliable access to legal resources, public awareness materials, and complaint registration protocols.

• Continuous System Stability: Providing ongoing server performance monitoring and backend infrastructure security to protect sensitive institutional operations and public touchpoints.
