The Challenge

Launching a new peer-reviewed medical journal requires robust digital infrastructure capable of managing manuscript submissions, coordinating double-blind peer reviews, and hosting published issues securely. The Khyber Research Library needed an end-to-end web deployment and editorial management platform for JMSPH ahead of its inaugural June 2026 issue.
